Administration is done through the Lookeen Server Web Console. Here you manage users, configure indexing sources, and centrally control all client settings.
Is internet access possible?
Yes, upon request. As administrator, you decide whether and how the Lookeen Server should be accessible from outside your network. By default, the server runs completely isolated within your infrastructure.
How does the server compare to the Desktop version?
The server is optimized for large data volumes and many simultaneous users. Benchmark: 6 hours indexing time for 1 TB of data on a local VM, with the capacity to process multiple terabytes daily.
