How to View All Messages as Conversation in Outlook

Receiving a large number of messages on a daily basis can result in a cluttered inbox, making it difficult to follow a conversation. Outlook allows you to view your Outlook email messages by grouping conversation threads. You won’t have to search for each message in a single conversation individually!

View Mails Grouped by the Conversation Thread: Step-by-Step

Step 1: Open Outlook and go to the “View” tab.

Step 2: In the Messages group, click “Show as conversations”.

Step 3: To enable the conversation view for one folder only, select “This folder”. Alternatively, if you want to view all your Outlook folders as conversations, select “All mailboxes”.
