I've disabled the ctrl+ctrl hotkey option, but it continues to interrupt as if I didn't disable it.

Hi Austin, You are can disable the ctrl+ctrl hotkey from the Search tab in Options. Unfortunately we are unable to allow users to customize the hotkey from Lookeen Options at this time, but please be assured that this function is on our development roadmap. Best, Siobhan

Speaking of customization, why can't you customize the search hotkey? In my opinion, "Ctrl + Ctrl" is a terrible hotkey. Any time you accidentally press Control twice lookeen interrupts what you were doing. This happens frequently, such as when you decide to copy, stop because you change your mind, and then start over to cut.
