With the volume of emails you likely receive daily, keeping track of what’s important can be difficult. Thus, sorting out unnecessary messages, such as advertising, is essential. However, it can also occur that a colleague unknowingly added you to a distribution list, which can result in an overfilled mailbox. In particular, when multiple people are part of the conversation, it can lead to a back-and-forth of messages that might not be as relevant to you. Luckily, Outlook offers a feature that allows you to ignore the whole conversation so that every future and past message of the thread will be moved automatically to the Deleted Items folder.
You don't find an important message due to a flooded inbox? With Lookeen you find every email and file in seconds!
