Export your calendar from Outlook and import to Google calendars
In the following, you’ll learn step-by-step how to import your Outlook calendar to Google. However, this will only show a ”snapshot” of the moment you exported it from Google, any changes made will not be reflected. If you want these changes to be displayed, instructions on synchronizing your Outlook calendar with your Google calendar are provided below.
Step 1: Open Outlook and select the calendar you want to view in your Google Calendar.
Step 2: Click File and then Save Calendar.

Step 4: Select More Options.
Step 5: Clicking on the Date Range arrow allows you to choose the amount of calendar data that will be included in the file. You may also want to select Specify dates and enter a custom date range.
Step 6: Select the Detail arrow and choose the data you want to show.
Step 7: Click OK and, finally, press Save.
Step 8: Open your Google Calendar account and click Settings at the Settings wheel at the top of the page.
Step 9: Select Import & Export along the left screen side.
Step 10: Select the calendar file you created from Outlook and press Open.
Note: If you have multiple Google calendars, use the drop-down box “Add to calendar” to choose the one to export your Outlook calendar.
Step 11: Click Import. You can return to the screen by clicking the back arrow at the top.

The following provides step-by-step instructions on synchronizing your Outlook with your Google calendar to view both simultaneously. This way, changes in your Outlook calendar will also be reflected in the Google calendar.
Step 1: Open Outlook and click File. Then, select View All Outlook Settings.
Step 2: Click on calendar, then select shared calendars.
Step 3: Go to the Publish Calendar section, select Calendar > Can view all details.

Step 4: Click Publish and copy the ICS link (below the HTML link).
Step 5: Open your Google Calendar.
Step 6: At the bottom of the page, click on Other Calendars +.
Step 7: Select From URL.
Step 8: Paste the link of your Outlook calendar and press Add Calendar.
