A time zone is an area that complies with the same standard time. There are over 24 time zones in this world.

Outlook gives you the option to modify your time zone to reflect your current location. It enables all Calendar views to update so that they disclose the new time. All Calendar items are also displayed to the changed time.

Office 365 users can enjoy having three separate time zones displayed in Calendar. While those who use other versions of Outlook, such as Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, or 2010 are limited to only two.

Users also have the option to have their daylight saving time (DST) update automatically on their device. Simply pick the Adjust for daylight saving time check box. Please note that this option is only available in time zones that use daylight saving time.
